Steps

  1. Rinse and chop the romaine, dry it well, and pile it into a big bowl.
  2. Add the onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, olives, and feta on top.
  3. Shake the oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a jar.
  4. Pour the dressing over right before serving and toss.
