- 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- a glug of olive oil2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 squeezes of honey2 tbsp honey
- a glug of sriracha2 tbsp sriracha
- a splash of soy sauce1 tbsp soy saucea splash of tamari1 tbsp tamari — use certified gluten-free tamari

Steps
- Trim the dry ends off the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half through the core. Toss with the oil and a little salt in a bowl.
- Air fry at 380F for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through, until the edges are deep brown and crisp and the centers are tender.
- While they cook, whisk the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic together in a large bowl until smooth.
- Tip the hot sprouts straight into the bowl and toss until every piece is coated in the glaze.
- Return the glazed sprouts to the air fryer for 2 more minutes at 380F to set the glaze and caramelize the edges.
- Pile into a serving bowl and scatter the scallion and sesame seeds over the top. Serve hot.
