  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved1 lb brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • a glug of olive oil2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 squeezes of honey2 tbsp honey
  • a glug of sriracha2 tbsp sriracha
  • a splash of soy sauce1 tbsp soy saucea splash of tamari1 tbsp tamariuse certified gluten-free tamari
  • a splash of rice vinegar1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced2 garlics, minced

Steps

  1. Trim the dry ends off the brussels sprouts and cut each one in half through the core. Toss with the oil and a little salt in a bowl.
  2. Air fry at 380F for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through, until the edges are deep brown and crisp and the centers are tender.
  3. While they cook, whisk the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic together in a large bowl until smooth.
  4. Tip the hot sprouts straight into the bowl and toss until every piece is coated in the glaze.
  5. Return the glazed sprouts to the air fryer for 2 more minutes at 380F to set the glaze and caramelize the edges.
  6. Pile into a serving bowl and scatter the scallion and sesame seeds over the top. Serve hot.
